摘要
目的探究微柱凝胶免疫检验方式运用于临床血型方面鉴定工作和输血工作中的意义。方法课题内容调查资料源自2018年5月—2020年9月在该医院拟接受输血治疗的100例患者的100份血液样本对应分析指标,采用微柱凝胶免疫检验方式、盐水试管检验方式对血液样本实行血型方面鉴定,采取微柱凝胶免疫检验方式、聚凝胺检验方式对血液样本实施交叉配血方面测定,调查血型方面鉴定情况及交叉配血方面测定情况。结果微柱凝胶免疫检验方式的血型正反定型相符共占有百分数(99.00%)比对盐水试管检验方式(98.00%)对比差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.000,P=1.000>0.05);微柱凝胶免疫检验方式的交叉配血合格共占有百分数(98.00%)比对聚凝胺检验方式(91.00%)存在提升表现,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.713,P=0.029<0.05)。结论在临床血型方面鉴定工作和输血工作中采取微柱凝胶免疫检验方式存在较好运用效果。
Objective To explore the significance of the application of microcolumn gel immunoassay in clinical blood group identification and blood transfusion.Methods The survey data of the subject content originated from the corresponding analysis indicators of 100 blood samples of 100 patients who were to receive blood transfusion in the hospital from May 2018 to September 2020.The microcolumn gel immunoassay method and the saline test tube test method were used to identify the blood types of blood samples,and the microcolumn gel immunoassay method and the polybrene test method were used to perform crossmatching on blood samples.Investigated the identification of blood types and the determination of cross-matching.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the positive and negative stereotypes of the microcolumn gel immunoassay method(99.00%)compared with the saline test tube method(98.00%)(χ2=0.000,P=1.000>0.05);the total percentage of qualified cross-matching in the gel immunoassay method(98.00%)had improved performance compared with the polybrene test method(91.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.713,P=0.029<0.05).Conclusion The use of microcolumn gel immunoassay in clinical blood group identification work and blood transfusion work has a good application effect.
