早期癫痫患者联合给予卡马西平与丙戊酸钠的疗效

Efficacy of Combined Carbamazepine and Sodium Valproate in Patients with Early Epilepsy

目的分析早期癫痫患者联合给予卡马西平与丙戊酸钠的疗效。方法纳入2019年3月—2020年3月于该院接受治疗的76例早期癫痫患者为研究对象,结合患者就诊时间的先后顺序,以对照组(卡马西平疗法)与研究组(卡马西平联合丙戊酸钠疗法)归纳,每组38例患者;对比分析两组患者治疗前后的临床症状、简明精神状态检测量表(MMSE)评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后研究组患者的症状发作次数(2.13±1.02)次/d与发作持续时间(2.01±0.90)min/次均小于对照组(3.76±1.32)次/d、(3.54±1.01)min/次,研究组患者的MMSE评分(30.89±3.43)分明显高于对照组(24.12±2.98)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.023、6.972、9.185,P<0.05);研究组患者的不良反应发生率18.42%低于对照组的42.11%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.050,P<0.05)。结论以卡马西平与丙戊酸钠联合方案治疗早期癫痫,可有效缓解患者的病情,改善其认知功能,且不良反应风险性较低,有利于患者获得更好的预后发展,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of combined carbamazepine and sodium valproate in patients with early epilepsy.Methods The 76 patients with early epilepsy who were treated in the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were included as the research objects.Combining the order of the patients’visit time,the control group(carbamazepine therapy)and the study group(carbamazepine mazepine combined with sodium valproate therapy)were included as the research subjects,38 patients in each group;the clinical symptoms,MMSE scores before and after treatment and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the number of symptom attacks(2.13±1.02)times/d and the duration of attacks(2.01±0.90)min/times in the study group were lower than those of the control group(3.76±1.32)times/d and(3.54±1.01)min/times.The MMSE score(30.89±3.43)points of patients in the study group was significantly higher than(24.12±2.98)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.023,6.972,9.185,P<0.05);18.42%of the patients in the study group had adverse reactions rate lower than 42.11%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.050,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of carbamazepine and sodium valproate in the treatment of early epilepsy can effectively alleviate the patient’s condition,improve their cognitive function,and have a lower risk of adverse reactions,which is beneficial to patients to obtain better prognosis and development,and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
