改良无张力疝修补术治疗腹外疝的疗效

The Effect of Modified Tension-free Hernia Repair on External Abdominal Hernia

目的对腹外疝采用改良无张力疝修补术治疗的效果进行探究。方法选择2019年2月—2020年1月该院收治的腹外疝患者84例作为该次研究纳入的研究对象,按照随机数表法将其划分为传统组(传统手术)和改良组(改良无张力疝修补术),每组42例。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果改良组的总有效率为97.6%,明显优于传统组80.9%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.480,P<0.05);改良组的术中出血量(50.2±6.3)mL、手术时间(61.2±1.3)min和住院时间(6.2±1.2)d均明显优于优于传统组(83.1±6.9)mL、(105.3±10.4)min、(10.9±1.8)d,差异有统计学意义(t=23.001、27.268、14.079,P<0.05);改良组的并发症发生率为2.3%,明显低于传统组21.4%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.265,P<0.05)。结论针对腹外疝患者采用改良无张力疝修补术治疗具有显著效果,能够有效地降低患者的术中出血量,缩短其手术时间和住院时间,而且可以降低患者的并发症发生率,具有很高的安全性。

Objective To explore the effect of modified tension-free hernia repair on external abdominal hernia.Methods The 84 patients with external abdominal hernia admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects included in this study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the traditional group(traditional surgery)and the modified group(modified without modification).Tension hernia repair),42 cases in each group.Compare the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the modified group was 97.6%,which was significantly better than 80.9%of the traditional group.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.480,P<0.05);the intraoperative blood loss(50.2±6.3)mL and operation time of the modified group(61.2±1.3)min and hospitalization time(6.2±1.2)d were significantly better than the traditional group(83.1±6.9)mL,(105.3±10.4)min,(10.9±1.8)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=23.001,27.268,14.079,P<0.05);the complication rate of the modified group was 2.3%,which was significantly lower than the traditional group 21.4%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.265,P<0.05).Conclusion Modified tension-free hernia repair for patients with external abdominal hernia has a significant effect,which can effectively reduce the patient’s intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operation time and hospital stay,and can reduce the patient’s complication rate,which has a high security.
