探究肛瘘患者围术期应采用的护理措施和效果

Exploration on the Nursing Measures and Effects of Patients with Anal Fistula During the Perioperative Period

目的探究肛瘘患者围术期应采用的护理措施及效果。方法将2018年1月—2019年12月择取其中于该院接收手术治疗的84例肛瘘患者作为研究对象。基于双色球随机抽取法,均分为对照组(42例)与观察组(42例)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组则就对照组基础上实施围术期(术前、术后)综合性护理。比对分析两组对象护理效果及护理满意度情况。结果观察组各项护理效果指标(3.31±0.65)d、(3.81±2.38)分相较于对照组(5.98±1.01)d、(6.48±4.76)分均呈现出明显优越性,差异有统计学意义(t=15.102、22.244,P<0.05);该组尿潴留发生率(2.38%)明显低于对照组(30.95%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.171,P<0.05);且该组护理满意度(97.62%)相较于对照组(76.19%)也呈现出明显优越性,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.237,P<0.05)。结论针对肛瘘患者围手术期实施全面有效的护理措施能有效缩短患者住院时间,促进患者恢复,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the nursing measures and effects of patients with anal fistula during the perioperative period.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,84 patients with anal fistula who received surgical treatment in the hospital were selected as the research objects.Based on the double-color ball random extraction method,they were divided into the control group(42 cases)and the observation group(42 cases).The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing care during the perioperative period(preoperative and postoperative)on the basis of the control group.Comparative analysis of the nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of subjects.Results The nursing effect indexes of the observation group(3.31±0.65)d,(3.81±2.38)points were significantly superior to those of the control group(5.98±1.01)d,(6.48±4.76)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=15.102,22.244,P<0.05);the observation group of urinary retention incidence rate(2.38%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(30.95%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.171,P<0.05);and the nursing satisfaction degree(97.62%)of the observation group was also significantly superior to the control group(76.19%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.237,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive and effective nursing measures for patients with anal fistula during the perioperative period can effectively shorten the patient's hospital stay,promote patient recovery,and improve patient satisfaction.
