以师生学习方式改变为视角的现代学徒制教学信息化协同管理探索

Informationized Collaborative Management of Modern Apprentice⁃ship Teaching from the Perspective of Teacher-student Learning Style

现代学徒制工作要坚持校企双主体育人、双导师教学、工学结合,从而为实践中学徒制管理提出新的挑战。校园信息化管理已经成为教育领域发展趋势,文章首先对试点中现代学徒制管理的现状进行分析,然后以师生学习方式改变为视角探索信息化协同管理途径,最后搭建了基于互联网软件的管理平台,能有效解决学徒制中实施中的管理问题。

Adhering to school-enterprise dual-master education,dual-tutor teaching and work-study combination is clearly pointed out in the notice of comprehensive promotion of modern apprenticeship.It poses new challenges for apprenticeship management in practice.Nowadays,campus information management has become the development trend of education.This paper first analyzes the current situation of pilot modern apprenticeship management,then explores the information collaborative management approach from the perspective of teacher-student learning style.Finally,a management platform based on Internet software is built,which can effectively solve the management problems in the implementation of apprenticeship.
