孟鲁司特钠联合硫酸沙丁胺醇对重症支气管哮喘患者肺功能和血气水平的影响

Effects of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Salbutamol Sulfate on Lung Function and Blood Gas Levels in Patients with Severe Bronchial Asthma

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合硫酸沙丁胺醇对重症支气管哮喘患者肺功能和血气水平的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月襄州区人民医院重症支气管哮喘患者86例,按随机数字表法分为实验组(n=43)与对照组(n=43),对照组采用硫酸沙丁胺醇治疗,实验组采用孟鲁司特钠联合硫酸沙丁胺醇治疗。对比两组临床疗效、肺功能[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)]、血气水平[二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、血氧分压(PaO_(2))]、不良反应发生率。结果实验组总有效率95.35%(41/43)较对照组81.40%(35/43)高(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组FVC、FEV1较对照组高(P<0.05);实验组PaO_(2)较对照组高,PaCO_(2)较对照组低(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率9.30%(4/43)较对照组11.63%(5/43)低,相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论采用孟鲁司特钠联合硫酸沙丁胺醇治疗重症支气管哮喘患者,可提高临床疗效,改善肺功能和血气水平,并具有用药安全性。

Objective To investigate the effects of montelukast sodium combined with salbutamol sulfate on lung function and blood gas levels in patients with severe bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 86 patients with severe bronchial asthma in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into the experimental group(n=43)and the control group(n=43)according to the random number table.The control group was treated with salbutamol sulfate.The experimental group was treated with montelukast sodium combined with salbutamol sulfate.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function(FEV1,FVC,PaCO_(2),PaO_(2)),and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.35%(41/43),which was higher than that of the control group(81.40%)(35/43)(P<0.05).After treatment,the FVC and FEV1 of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PaO_(2)of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and PaCO_(2)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group[9.30%(4/43)]and the control group[11.63%(5/43)](P>0.05).Conclusions Montelukast sodium combined with salbutamol sulfate in the treatment of patients with severe bronchial asthma can improve the clinical efficacy,lung function and blood gas level,and has drug safety.
