从《国家职业教育改革实施方案》看高等职业教育评估方案的改进趋向 被引量:14

摘要 新颁布的《国家职业教育改革实施方案》确定了职业教育与普通教育是两种不同类型的教育。从教育发展的历史可以发现,普通教育和职业教育具有不同的源头和发展历程,并由此决定了高等职业教育与普通高等教育的核心区别在于两者人才培养目标、模式和依托都不相同。因此,对高等职业教育应设立与普通高等教育完全不同的评价指标体系。目前使用的高等职业教育评估方案制订时间较早,为了促进新时代职业教育的发展,《国家职业教育改革实施方案》应进行必要的修订。修订应突出高等职业教育与普通高等教育的本质差异,注重中、高等职业教育之间的贯通,注意校企之间的融合等。 The newly promulgated the Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform identifies vocational education and general education as two different types of education.From the history of education,we can find that general education and vocational education have different sources and development processes,and thus determine that the goal,mode and support of talent training between higher vocational education and general higher education are different.Therefore,higher vocational education should set up a completely different evaluation index system.At present,the evaluation system of higher vocational education is formulated earlier,in order to promote the development of vocational education in the new era,the implementation plan should be revised.The revision should highlight the essential difference between higher vocational education and general higher education,pay attention to the connection between middle and higher vocational education and the integration between schools and enterprises.
