企业伦理运营决策行为实证研究——以H钢铁公司为例

Empirical Study on Ethical Decision-making of Corporate Operation

基于企业在运营决策过程中所面临的伦理问题,为有效发掘伦理运营决策行为出现的原因及机理,消除企业的非伦理行为,提升企业的社会责任感,改善企业与各利益相关者之间的关系,以B2B性质的企业为研究对象进行实证分析.通过选取典型案例,在问卷调查的基础上,从企业伦理理论以及企业经营理论和企业运营决策角度对企业伦理问题进行探讨,并运用结构方程分析的方法对伦理运营决策行为产生的原因进行了研究.

Based on the ethical problems faced by enterprises in the process of decision-making,in order to effectively explore the causes and mechanisms of the ethical operation decision-making behavior,which is of great theoretical and practical significance to eliminate the unethical behavior of the enterprise,enhance the social responsibility of the enterprise,and improve the relationship between the enterprise and various stakeholders,an enterprise of B2 B nature is selected for empirical analysis.By selecting typical cases and using questionnaire survey.Based on the business ethics theory and business management theory,the ethical problems of enterprises are analyzed from the perspective of business operation decision-making.And structural equation analysis method is used to study the causes of ethical operation decision-making behavior.
