新时期特色地方院校特色专业人才培养刍议--以陶瓷考古专业为例

On the Cultivation of Specialized Talents in Local Characteristic Colleges in the New Era: the Case Study of Ceramic Archaeology

新时期的特色地方院校本科人才培养应顺应时代要求和大学生成长特点,以“新三中心”为指引,将特色专业做实做强。考古学专业正处于成为一级学科以来的探索上升期,特色地方院校可抓住机遇,因地制宜,开设、调整考古学专业及其培养方向,以配合国家地方院校应用转型发展和“双一流”建设要求。景德镇陶瓷大学考古学专业坚持服务地方的宗旨,以特色办学,围绕陶瓷考古,依托校内陶瓷设计、陶瓷美术、陶瓷材料等专业,实施了一系列举措:坚持一流本科,夯实专业基础;突出专业特色,加强校地合作;整合专业资源,提高人才应用,等等。这些举措的顺利推行,促使景德镇陶瓷大学考古学专业逐步走出了一条符合校情、适应社会的科学发展之路,其经验值得借鉴。

In the new era,the cultivation of undergraduate talents in local characteristic colleges should conform to the requirements of the times and the characteristics of the students’development,and under the guidance of“new three centers”,the characteristic specialties should be strengthened.The archaeology major is on the rise of exploration since it became a first-class discipline,so local characteristic colleges shall seize the opportunity and adjust measures to local conditions,so as to set up and adjust the archaeology major and cultivation orientation to match the application transformation and development of local colleges and the construction requirements of“double first-class”.The archaeology major of Jingdezhen Ceramic University adheres to the purpose of serving the local area,runs the school with characteristics,and focuses on ceramic archeology;relying on the ceramic design,ceramic art,ceramic materials and other majors on campus,it implements a series of measures:adhere to the first-class undergraduate course,consolidate the foundation of this major;highlight the characteristics of the specialty,strengthen school-local cooperation;integrate professional resources,improve the application of talents,and so on.The smooth implementation of these measures has prompted the archaeology major of Jingdezhen Ceramic University to gradually embark on a path of scientific development that conforms to the school conditions and adapts to the society.Its experience is worth learning.
