摘要
教学过程改进是提高基础教育质量最重要的组成部分,也是当前乡村学校面临的核心问题。乡村学校教学过程改进需结合乡村区域特色,彰显其文化属性。其分析逻辑有三:一是文化学思维方式与教学过程改进行为方式具有一致性;二是乡村学校教学过程改进行为是一种特殊文化;三是乡村学校教学过程改进为践行文化理念提供场域和养分。内容设计、课堂规律、授课流程、师生互动、活动设计和教学应用等是乡村学校教学过程改进的切入维度;可通过重塑教学设计的文化内涵,揭示课堂教学的文化规律,赋予教师授课的文化意蕴,构建课堂中师生互动文化,突显教学活动的文化功能,强调问题解决的实践文化,助推乡村学校教学过程改进。
The improvement of teaching process is the most important part to improve the quality of basic education,and it is also the core problem faced by current rural schools.The teaching process improvement of rural schools should be combined with the regional characteristics of rural area,to show its cultural attributes.Its analysis logic has three aspects:there is consistency of cultural thinking mode and teaching process improvement behavior mode;the teaching process improvement behavior of rural schools is a special culture;the teaching process improvement of rural schools provides fields and nutrients for the practice of cultural concepts.Content design,class rules,teaching process,teacher-student interaction,activity design and teaching application are the analysis dimensions of teaching process improvement in rural schools.It can help to improve the teaching process of rural schools by reshaping the cultural connotation of teaching design,revealing the cultural rules of class teaching,entitling teaching the cultural connotation,constructing the interactive culture between teachers and students in the classroom,highlighting the cultural function of teaching activities and emphasizing the practical culture of problem solving.
