印度梨形孢接种对丁香罗勒气体交换、生物量累积及其次生代谢物含量的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Piriformospora indica Inoculation on Gas Exchange,Biomass Accumulation and Contents of Secondary Metabolites of Ocimum gratissimum

摘要 糖尿病日益成为威胁人类健康的重大慢性疾病,一些植物次生代谢物具有抗糖尿病的作用,菌根真菌和根内生真菌可影响植物次生代谢。以盆栽的方式栽培丁香罗勒(Ocimum gratissimum L.),然后接种根内生真菌印度梨形孢(Piriformaspore indica),探讨了印度梨形孢侵染对丁香罗勒的生长及其次生代谢物熊果酸和齐墩果酸含量的影响,结果显示:丁香罗勒接种印度梨形孢后,显著促进了其净光合速率和蒸腾速率,提高了地上部分及全株生物量的积累,而降低了熊果酸和齐墩果酸在茎和叶中的含量。由此可知,根内生真菌印度梨形孢可以促进丁香罗勒的生物量累积而降低其熊果酸和齐墩果酸的含量。 Diabetes mellitus has increasingly become an important chronic disease that threatens human health.Some plant secondary metabolites have anti-diabetic effects,and plant secondary metabolism can be affected by mycorrhizal and root endophytic fungi.In this paper,Ocimum gratissimum L.was planted by pots and then inoculated with the endophhytic fungi Piriformaspore indica.The effects of P.indica on the growth of O.gratissimum and contents of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid were explored.The results showed that net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of O.gratissimum were significantly increased,and the biomass accumulation of aboveground part and whole plant was increased.The contents of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in stems and leaves were decreased.The above results indicated that the endophytic fungus piriformis could promote the biomass accumulation of O.gratissimum and reduce the contents of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid.
