摘要 为探明空气中邻苯二甲酸酯对葡萄植株生长及物质构成的影响,采用盆栽葡萄覆盖玻璃罩的方式,在玻璃罩内放置盛有DBP、DEHP、DIBP混合物的甲醇溶液培养皿,让PAEs自然挥发被植株吸收累积,研究不同浓度PAEs对葡萄植株生长发育及物质构成的影响。结果表明,不同浓度PAEs使葡萄的枝条长度、粗度,地上部分生物量,叶绿素、总糖及总蛋白含量降低,且浓度越大,降幅越大。空气中邻苯二甲酸酯对葡萄地上部分的生长及物质积累具有抑制效应,且PAEs浓度越高,抑制作用越明显,各生长指标与PAEs污染水平呈显著负相关。 To find out the effects of phthalates in the air on the growth and material composition of grape plants,potted grapes were covered with a glass cover,in which methanol solution petri dishes containing DBP,DEHP and DIBP mixture were placed to allow PAEs to be absorbed and accumulated by plants by natural volatilization.The effects of different concentrations of PAEs on the growth and material composition of grape plants were studied.The results showed that different concentrations of PAEs reduced the length of branches,roughness and other growth amounts,aboveground biomass,chlorophyll,total sugar and total protein contents of grapes,and the greater the concentration,the greater the decrease.It could be seen that phthalates in the air had an inhibitory effect on the growth and material accumulation of the above mental part of grape.The higher the PAEs concentration was,the more obvious the inhibition was,and the growth indexes were negatively correlated with the PAEs pollution level.
