不同浓度赤霉素对蜘蛛兰切花的保鲜效应 被引量:6

摘要 以蜘蛛兰为切花材料,在2%蔗糖+300 mg/L 8-HQS+150 mg/L CaCl 2为基础液,分别添加不同浓度的赤霉素为瓶插保鲜液,研究其对蜘蛛兰切花的保鲜效应。结果表明:2%蔗糖+300 mg/L 8-HQS+150 mg/L CaCl 2+150 mg/L赤霉素处理对蜘蛛兰切花保鲜效果较好,与对照(CK)比,瓶插寿命延长了2.5 d,黄化程度低;瓶插过程中,蜘蛛兰切花的MDA含量、相对电导率呈上升趋势,MDA含量和相对电导率在前4 d大幅度上升,赤霉素处理的蜘蛛兰切花的MDA含量、相对电导率低于同期对照,POD、CAT活性和可溶性糖含量高于同期CK,且POD、CAT活性出现的峰值时间比CK延迟。2%蔗糖+300 mg/L 8-HQS+150 mg/L CaCl 2+150 mg/L赤霉素处理提高了酶活性,清除多余的自由基,较少细胞膜的伤害,延缓蜘蛛兰切花糖的消耗,抑制了细胞中可溶性物质的外渗,增强其抗逆性,延缓切花衰老。 Hymenocallis littoralis was used as the cut flower material,and different concentrations of gibberellin were added to the base solution(2%sucrose+300 mg/L 8-HQS+150 mg/L CaCl 2)as the bottle fresh-keeping solution.The effects of fresh-keeping liquid on cut flowers of Hymenocallis littoralis were studied.The results showed that 2%sucrose+300 mg/L 8-HQS+150 mg/L CaCl 2+150 mg/L gibberellin had better fresh-keeping effect.Compared with the control,the bottle plug life was extended by 2.5 days,and the yellowing degree was low.During the process of bottle insertion,the MDA content and relative conductivity of cut flowers of Hymenocallis littoralis showed an upward trend,and the MDA content and relative conductivity increased significantly in the first 4 days.The MDA content and relative conductivity of cut flowers of Hymenocallis littoralis treated with gibberellin were lower than those of the control,and the POD,CAT activity and soluble sugar content were higher than those of the control.The peak time of POD and CAT activity appeared later than that of the control.The treatment with 2%sucrose+300 mg/L 8-HQS+150 mg/L CaCl 2+150 mg/L gibberellin can increase enzyme activity,remove excess free radicals,reduce cell membrane damage,delay the sugar consumption cut flowers of Hymenocallis littoralis,inhibit cell the extravasation of soluble substances,enhances resistance to stress and delay the senescence of cut flowers.
