4LZ-6.5B型纵轴流联合收割机关键部件的设计与试验

摘要 为了解决现有纵轴流收割机粮仓布局不合理、整机重心不稳等缺点,设计了4LZ-6.5B型纵轴流轮式收割机,通过骑跨式的粮仓布局,增大了粮仓的贮存空间,同时使收割机具有稳定的重心,提高了收割谷物的效率和安全性能。介绍了机具的工作原理,对粮仓、导草装置、割台装置、动力装置等关键部件进行了设计,确定了粮仓和导草装置的结构型式,确定了割副的宽度和动力配置。试验结果表明:该样机在田间收获性能稳定,安全性能高,各项性能指标均能满足设计要求;与小麦收获相比,该机水稻收获的总损失率降低了0.48个百分点,破碎率降低了0.08个百分点,含杂率降低了0.35个百分点。 In order to overcome the shortcomings(such as the unreasonable layout of the grain silo,and the unstable center of gravity of the whole machine)of the existing vertical-axial-flow harvesters,we designed 4LZ-6.5B vertical-axial-flow wheel-type harvester to increase the storage of the granary through the layout of the riding silo space.This harvester had a stable center of gravity,which could improve the efficiency and safety of harvesting grain.The working principle of the machine was introduced in the paper,and the key parts(granary,grass-guiding device,cutting table device,and power device)were designed.The structure types of the granary and the grass-guiding device were determined,and the width and power configuration of the cutting pair were also determined.The test results showed that the prototype had stable field harvesting performances and high safety performance,and its various performance indicators could meet the design requirements.In comparison with harvesting wheat by this harvester,the total loss rate of harvesting rice was reduced by 0.48 percent,the crushing rice rate was decreased by 0.08 percent,and the impurity rate was reduced by 0.35 percent.
