摘要
教育情怀是教师的核心素养。培养师范生教育情怀是解决新时代教师专业发展瓶颈问题的需要,是师范专业认证的基本指标。师范生教育情怀养成的基本路径是显性课程奠基,隐性课程铸魂,实践课程内化,研修反思创新。如此,才能不断提升师范生教师专业素养,优化教育情怀养成的实践效果。
Educational sentiment is the core quality of a teacher.To cultivate students'educational feelings is the need to solve the practical problems of teachers'professional development,and is also the basic index of teachers'professional certification.The basic path for normal school students to develop their educational feelings is the foundation of explicit curriculum,the soul of implicit curriculum,the internalization of practical curriculum,and the reflection and innovation of research.In this way,we can constantly improve the professional quality of teachers and deepen the practical effect of cultivating educational feelings.
