摘要
近些年,在舞蹈教育教学中,常常会听到“普遍培养、重点栽培”。这里的“普遍培养”,是指在教育教学中,对全体学生进行广泛性的教育与训练,而“重点栽培”,是指有针对性的、有目的性的对个别或少数学生进行的教育与训练。面对当今在教学中所出现的这两种培养方式,教育者们应该怎样正确的对待与选择?笔者以透析中国当代舞蹈教育教学的“培养”现状为切入点,运用不同理论、不同方法论思维,多层面地对题目进行理性思维的梳理与阐释,提出正确实施普遍培养与重点栽培的途径。
The terms like the general training and“key training”are often heard in the dance education and teaching in recent years.The“general training”herein refers to Carrying out the extensive education and the training to all the students in the education and teaching,while the‘key cultivation'herein refers to the targeted,purposeful education and training being carried out on individual or minority students.How should educators treat and choose correctly by facing to these two ways of training in teaching?In this paper,the author takes the current situation of"training"of contemporary dance education and teaching in China as the starting point,sorts out and explains the topic rationally from multiple levels by adopting different theories and different methodology thinking,thus putting forward the correct way to implement general training and key training.
