摘要
为了验证一种氨基酸有机肥降解农药残留的效果,开展了不同施用量比较试验,分析菠菜中农残的降解动态。结果表明:该氨基酸有机肥对菠菜中毒死蜱、高效氯氰菊酯、百菌清、氧乐果、甲胺磷等5种农药残留均具有较好的促进降解作用;施用量为6750 mL/hm^(2)时效果最佳,在96 h时可以实现高效氯氰菊酯、氧乐果、甲胺磷未检出,且毒死蜱和百菌清的降解率分别达到99.4%和91.3%。该氨基酸有机肥可作为蔬菜绿色高产高效生产的有效手段。
In order to verify the degradation effect of an amino acid organic fertilizer on pesticide residues,the degradation dynamics of pesticide residues in spinach was analyzed by experiments with different application of amino acid organic fertilizer.The results showed that the amino acid organic fertilizer had a good catalytic effect on the degradation of chlorpyrifos,beta-cypermethrin,chlorothalonil,omethoate,methamidophos residues in spinach.The best effect was obtained when the application dosage was 6750 mL/hm^(2),and no beta-cypermethrin,omethoate,methamidophos residues were detected at 96 h,the degradation rates of chlorpyrifos and chlorothalonil reached 99.4%and 91.3%,respectively.The amino acid organic fertilizer can be used as an effective means for high yield and high efficiency production of vegetables.
