中国共产党领导下高考制度的“三位一体”目标导向演进探析

On the Evolution of“Trinity”Goal Orientation of College Entrance Examination System under the Leadership of the Communist Party of China

科学评价、全面育人与公平选拔对高考制度的设计和改革具有“三位一体”的目标导向作用。在中国共产党的领导下,高考制度以全面发展的教育方针为指导,逐渐完善统考制度,形成动态满足多方需求的评价体系。为健全立德树人落实机制,高考制度不断通过考试内容改革实现显性育人,通过考试过程管理实现隐性育人,通过评价模式变革实现全面育人。在评价和选拔的过程中,高考通过放宽报考条件,增加入学机会,规范考试和评价程序,公开考试信息,推进优绩优录,补偿弱势群体等手段,探索实质公平,以建立更为公平的考试制度。

Scientific evaluation,comprehensive education and fair selection play an important role in the design and reform of college entrance examination system.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the college entrance examination system,guided by the educational policy of all-round development,gradually improves the unified examination system and forms an evaluation system that dynamically meets the needs of various parties.In order to improve the moral education mechanism,the college entrance examination system constantly realizes the explicit education through the reform of examination content,the implicit education through the management of examination process,and the comprehensive education through the reform of evaluation mode.In the process of evaluation and selection,for the establishment of a more fair examination system the college entrance examination relaxes the application conditions,increases the enrollment opportunities,standardizes the examination and evaluation procedures,publicizes the examination information,promotes the record of excellent performance,compensates the vulnerable groups,and explores the substantive fairness.
