基于构建校园文化培育劳模精神的路径研究

劳模精神作为中华优秀传统文化、革命文化、社会主义先进文化的人格化阐释,对构建高校校园文化具有不可替代的作用,构建具有劳模精神底色的校园文化是高校培育时代新人的“五育”要求,是时代精神的重要体现,是满足思想政治教育工作的现实需要。针对当前表现出的制度化设计重视程度不足、特色化教育资源挖掘力度不足、结合式宣传广度不足、针对化实践深度不足等“四个不足”,提出可行性路径,以促进劳模精神与校园文化二者相互推动,在融合中走向共生。

The spirit of model workers,as the personification interpretation of Chinese excellent traditional culture,revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture,plays an irreplaceable role in the construction of campus culture in Colleges and universities.The construction of campus culture with the background of model worker spirit is the"Five Education"requirements of cultivating new people of the times,an important embodi⁃ment of the spirit of the times,and the practical needs of Ideological and political education.In view of the cur⁃rent performance of the lack of attention to the institutionalized design;the lack of characteristic education re⁃sources mining;the lack of combined publicity breadth;the lack of depth of the practice of the four deficien⁃cies,put forward the feasible path,in order to promote the spirit of model workers and campus culture to pro⁃mote each other,in the integration of symbiosis.
