张家庄大桥运维成本可视化智能估算与控制方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 张家庄大桥是西阜高速公路运维重点工程,车流量大、地理环境复杂,运维成本不确定影响因素较多,成本控制难度大、失控风险高。本文在收集52个以往类似桥梁工程运维成本案例基础上,运用PSO聚类分析法筛选出与张家庄大桥类似度较高的25个工程案例,基于BP神经网络进行运维成本目标智能预测与识别;在大桥运维管理过程中,运用PDCA法对其运维成本进行动态循环控制,确保运维成本目标实现;运用BIM三维可视化技术,对张家庄大桥运维成本进行全过程、全方位可视化监控和检测,以有效提高其运维成本管理效率和水平,实现运维成本控制可视化、智能化和动态优化。 Zhangjiazhuang Bridge is the key project for the operation and maintenance of Xibaipo-Fuping expressway.Its traffic flow is large,the geographical environment is complex,the operation and maintenance cost is uncertain,and there are many influencing factors.The cost control is difficult and the risk of out of control is high.Based on the collection of 52 similar bridge project operation and maintenance cost cases,this paper uses PSO cluster analysis to select 25 engineering cases with high similarity to Zhangjiazhuang Bridge,and uses BP neural network to intelligently predict and identify the operation and maintenance cost target;in the process of operation and maintenance,PDCA method is used to dynamically and circularly control the operation and maintenance cost of Zhangjiazhuang Bridge to realize the operation and maintenance cost target;3D visualization technology is used to monitor and detect the whole process and all-round cost consumption,which effectively improves the efficiency and level of operation and maintenance cost management of Zhangjiazhuang Bridge,and realizes the visualization,intellectualization and dynamic optimization of operation and maintenance cost control.
