摘要
钢弹簧浮置板是目前城市轨道交通常用且有效的减振降噪轨道结构。为解决预制钢弹簧浮置板结构耐久性较差、钢绞线预应力传递长度大的问题,提出一种单向预应力预制钢弹簧浮置板结构设计方案。基于有限元分析方法对单向预应力预制钢弹簧浮置板进行结构检算,并得出结论:单向预应力预制钢弹簧浮置板力学特性均能满足设计要求;浮置板配筋设计可以确保其安全服役需求,且具有较大的安全余量。
Steel spring floating slab is a common and effective vibration reduction rail structure in the current urban rail transit.In order to solve the problems of poor durability of the prefabricated steel spring floating slab structure and large prestress transmission length of the steel strands,a structural design scheme of a unidirectional prestressed prefabricated steel spring floating slab is proposed.The structure of the unidirectional prestressed prefabricated steel spring floating slab is checked and calculated based on the finite element analysis method,and it is concluded that the mechanical properties of the unidirectional prestressed prefabricated steel spring floating slab can meet the design requirements;the reinforcement design of the floating slab can ensure its safe service requirements and has a large safety margin.
