Review and Prospect of Xinjiang"13th Five-Year Plan"Geological Exploration

“十三五”时期地质勘查处于深度调整期,国家和自治区的地质勘查投入持续下降,经过各地勘单位和科研院所的共同努力,新疆地质勘查仍取得了突出的成果。稀有金属和萤石矿实现新疆有史以来重大找矿突破,斑岩铜矿再次取得新突破,镍、钴、铅锌、锰、金矿取得新进展,非常规能源勘查发现新的远景区,水工环灾服务民生和地方经济发展成效显著,基础地质研究及高新技术应用推动了找矿突破。“十四五”是全面开启建设社会主义现代化国家新征程的关键时期,在“十三五”成果基础上,按照自治区矿产资源总体规划和新一轮找矿战略突破行动部署方案,需要持续强化重要成矿带及远景区基础地质及调查评价工作,大力拓展“地质+”服务新领域,加强找矿突破关键问题的科技攻关及高新技术方法手段的应用,加大重要矿集区勘查力度,努力实现新一轮地质找矿突破,拓展服务民生新领域,助力乡村振兴。

With the deeping adjustment of the geological exploration during the“13th Five Year plan”,the State and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region's investment in geological exploration continued to decline.However,Xinjiang's geological exploration had still made the most prominent and historical achievements through the joint efforts of explora-tion units and scientific research institutes,Great breakthroughs have been made in the Rare Metals and Fluorite explora-tion.New breakthroughs has been made in Porphyry copper deposits,New progress has been made in Nickel,Cobalt,Lead-Zinc,Manganese and Gold deposits.New prospect areas have been found in Unconventional oil and gas explora-tion.Remarkable achievements have been made in serving people's livelihood and local economic development.Funda-mental Research and Application of high technologies have promoted the prospecting breakthrough process."14th Five Year plan"is the key time to start the new journey of building a socialist modern country.Based on"13th Five-year plan"results and according to arrange of the Xinjiang Mineral Resources Planning and the New Round of Prospecting Break-through Action,We will continue to strengthen working on important metallogenic belt and mineralization vision zone,the foundation of geology and geological evaluation,expanding new areas of"Geology+"services,key problems of prospecting breakthrough technology research,the application of high technology as well as Increasing exploration ef-forts on important ore-concentrated areas for realizing new breakthrough of finding ore,expanding new areas of serving people's livelihood,and helping rural revitalization.
