摘要
目的探讨骨化三醇治疗对骨质疏松症患者临床疗效及不良反应发生的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月佛山市顺德区伦教医院收治的80例骨质疏松症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组使用碳酸钙D3片治疗,观察组使用骨化三醇治疗,比较两组骨小梁间距、骨小梁厚度、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶、尿羟脯氨酸、骨钙素、血磷、血钙及右髋部Ward三角、大转子、股骨颈骨、腰椎L1-4部位的骨密度变化情况,观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果两组治疗后骨小梁间距、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶、尿羟脯氨酸、骨钙素低于治疗前,骨小梁厚度、血磷、血钙高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后骨小梁间距低于对照组,骨小梁厚度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后骨特异性碱性磷酸酶、尿羟脯氨酸低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组骨钙素低于对照组,血磷、血钙高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后右髋部Ward三角、大转子、股骨颈骨密度及腰椎L1-4骨密度大于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论骨质疏松症患者使用骨化三醇治疗,患者不良反应较小,可耐受,安全性好,骨密度有明显增加,骨特异性碱性磷酸酶、尿羟脯氨酸显著降低,疗效肯定。
Objective To explore the effects of calcitriol on the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of patients with osteoporosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with osteoporosis admitted to Foshan Shunde Lunjiao Hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was treated with calcium carbonate D3 tablets,and the observation group was treated with calcitriol.Trabecular space,trabecular thickness,bone specific alkaline phosphatase,urinary hydroxyproline,osteocalcin,blood phosphorus,blood calcium,Ward's triangle of right hip,trochanter,femoral neck bone and L1-4 of lumbar spine were compared between the 2 groups.Results After treatment,the trabecular spacing,bone specific alkaline phosphatase,urinary hydroxyproline and osteocalcin in the 2 groups were higher than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the trabecular bone spacing of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the thickness of trabecular bone was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Bone-specific alkaline phosphatase and urine hydroxyproline in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the observation group’s osteocalcin was lower than the control group,blood phosphorus and blood calcium were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group’s Ward triangle,greater trochanter,femoral neck bone mineral density and lumbar vertebra L1-4 bone mineral density of right hip after treatment was larger than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Osteoporosis patients treated with calcitriol have small the adverse reactions and are small,tolerable,safe.Bone density is significantly increased,bone-specific alkaline phosphatase and urine hydroxyproline are significantly reduced,and the effect is positive.
