摘要 针对包装货物装卸机上料臂支座在使用过程中出现的变形较大、结构笨重等问题,提出了一种优化上料臂支座结构的方法。对上料臂支座进行了多工况下的静力学仿真,并对支座进行了扩充设计;以最小柔度为目标,使用拓扑优化的方法对支座的肋板区域重新设计;根据优化后模型进行参数化建模,以模型质量、最小变形为目标进行了响应面法的多目标参数化优化。优化结果表明:支座等效应力减小了69.97%,质量减小了17.71%,最大变形减小了11.12%。该优化方法对同类装卸机关键零部件的设计优化具有一定的参考意义。 In view of the large deformation and bulky structure of the loading arm support of the packaged goods handler during use,a method to optimize the structure of the loading arm support is proposed.The statics simulation of the loading arm support subjected to multiple working conditions was carried out.Secondly,the support was expanded and designed,with the minimum flexibility as the goal,the topological optimization method was used to redesign the rib area of the support,and finally,parametric modeling was carried out according to the optimized model.The model quality and minimum deformation are targeted by multi-objective parametric optimization of response surface method.The optimization results show that the equivalent stress of the support is reduced by 69.97%,the mass is reduced by 17.71%,and the maximum deformation is reduced by 11.12%.This optimization method has certain reference significance for the design optimization of key components of similar loaders.
