我国体育哲学社会科学国际话语权提升路径研究——基于福柯知识-权力理论

Ways to Promote International Discourse Power of China’s Sports Philosophy and Social Sciences Based on Foucault’s Knowledge-power Theory

体育哲学社会科学话语权是国际体育话语权的重要组成部分,体育哲学社会科学国际话语权的提升是“十四五”时期构建我国国际体育话语权,及建设体育强国的关键。该文采用文献资料法、逻辑思维法等,回顾我国体育哲学社会科学国际话语权由无到有、由弱到强的发展历程,结合福柯知识-权力理论,分别从话语内容、表达形式、概念使用与路径选择四个方面分析我国体育哲学社会科学国际话语权现存困境,构建我国体育哲学社会科学国际话语权提升路径。研究认为我国体育哲学社会科学国际话语权的构建经历了起步阶段、转型阶段与突破阶段。主要问题包括(1)话语内容学术视野与视角存在局限性;(2)表达形式学术话语与政治话语相脱离;(3)概念使用概念与理论创新性不强;(4)路径选择学术研究成果与话语传播不畅。建议(1)话语内容拓宽体育学术视野,树立话语先机意识;(2)表达形式正确处理学术话语与政治话语的关系;(3)概念使用注重核心概念提炼与理论的持续创新;(4)路径选择学术界与媒体协作推广学术话语传播。

The right to speak in sports philosophy and social sciences is an important part of the right to speak in international sports.The promotion of the right to speak in sports philosophy and social sciences in China is the key to constructing the right to speak in international sports and building a sports power during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period.This paper adopted literature study and logical analysis to sort out the construction of international discourse power and problems of sports philosophy and social sciences from the beginning and from the weak to the strong,combined with Foucault’s knowledge-power theory,and from discourse content,expression forms,concepts and ways.According to the research,the construction of the international discourse power of China’s sports philosophy and social sciences went through the initial stage,the transformation stage and the breakthrough stage.The main problems included limited academic vision and perspective of the discourse content.With regard to forms of expression,academic discourse was separated from political discourse.The innovative ability of the concept and theory was not enough.The academic researches and discourse did not communicate smoothly.Suggestions indicated broadening the perspective of sports academics,establishing the awareness of discourse initiative,handling the relationship between academic discourse and political discourse,focusing on the core concept refinement and continuous theoretical innovation through the communication of academic discourse through the academic area and the media.
