航空铝合金薄壁件批量加工工艺探究

Batch Processing Technology for Thin-walled Parts of Aviation Aluminum Alloy

航空铝合金薄壁件加工因其刚性差,在加工过程中极易产生共颤、变形从而影响加工质量及尺寸。本文通过对航空铝合金薄壁件加工工艺的分析,在改善其加工工艺,确定合适的切削参数,设计专用的装夹工具等方面进行改进,从而加工出符合图纸要求的零件,并且大大提高了机床加工工件的效率,为航空铝合金薄壁件批量加工提供了可行性的方案。

The machining of thin-walled aluminum alloy parts is prone to chatter and deformation,which will affect the machining quality and size.Through the analysis of the processing technology of thin-walled parts of aviation aluminum alloy,this paper improves the processing technology,determines the suitable cutting parameters and designs special clamping tools so as to ensure the processing quality and improve the processing efficiency,it provides a feasible scheme for the batch processing of thin-walled aluminum alloy parts.
