摘要
高校图书馆档案是图书馆各项活动的证据性历史记录,同时也是保障这些专业活动持续、健康、顺利发展的动力源泉。笔者主要阐述当前高校图书馆档案管理现状(以北华航天工业学院图书馆为例),分析存在的主要问题,并针对存在的问题提出可行性策略:规范和完善档案管理体系、建立信息化档案存储系统、提升档案管理人员信息素养、丰富档案内容结构。
The archives of university libraries are the evidential historical records of various activities of libraries,and also the source of power to ensure the sustained,healthy and smooth development of these professional activities.This paper mainly expounds the current situation of archives management in university libraries,analyzes the main problems,and offers feasible solutions such as standardizing and improving the archives management system,establishing the information-based archives storage system,improving the information literacy of archive managers and enriching the content and structure of archives.
