纺纱车间空调气压平衡与温湿度控制

摘要 为弥补纺纱车间空调全自动控制系统的不足,减少夏冬季节空气由门窗进入对温湿度的干扰,分析纺部空调控制温湿度存在的问题,提出保持车间气压平衡的措施。指出:采用回用各工序排风并控制风速、适时人工干预空调自控系统调节,可使车间处于微正压或微负压状态;测算结果表明冬季可减少补充空调热源,夏季能减少因抵消室外热空气侵入的冷量消耗,温湿度控制合格率提高,节约制冷用电或蒸汽消耗的生产成本。 In order to make up the deficiency of air conditioning automatic control system in spinning workshop and reduce the interference for temperature and humidity caused by air entering through doors and windows in summer and winter,the existing problems of temperature and humidity control of air conditioning in spinning workshop are analyzed,and the measures to keep pressure balance in the workshop are put forward.It is pointed out that the workshop can be in the state of micro positive pressure or micro negative pressure by using exhaust air in each process and controlling wind speed,and manually intervening air conditioning automatic control system at the right time.The calculation results show that the heating source of air conditioning can be reduced in winter,and the cooling capacity consumption due to offsetting the invasion of outdoor hot air can be reduced in summer,which improves the qualified rate of temperature and humidity control and saves the production cost of refrigeration electricity or steam consumption.
