CGT-1型原棉杂质智能测试仪的研究与应用

摘要 为了提高棉花杂质含量检测的效率,减少人为干预,介绍CGT-1型原棉杂质智能测试仪的组成、工作原理、技术参数及指标计算,根据GB/T 6499-2012《原棉含杂率试验方法》中的试验方法、试样制备以及对测试数据重复性、再现性和准确性的要求设计试验方案,对巴西棉、中国新疆棉、阿根廷棉3种试样棉和河北省纤检局制作的高、中、低3种含杂标准棉样进行12个单次试验和数据分析。结果表明:CGT-1型测试仪实现了原棉杂质测试的自动化,提高了测试效率,测试数据的重复性、再现性以及准确性满足国家标准要求;但测试前的人工开松原棉和喂棉易影响杂质的实际质(重)量,为确保测试数据的准确性,未来需要开发自动开松原棉和自动喂棉系统。 In order to improve the efficiency of the cotton impurity content detection,reduce human intervention,the composition,working principle,technical parameters and index calculation of the intelligent tester CGT-1 for raw cotton impurity are introduced.The test scheme is designed according to the test method,sample preparation and the requirements for repeatability,reproducibility and accuracy of test data in GB/T 6499-2012 Test Method for Percentage of Trash Content in Raw Cotton.A total of 12 single tests and data analysis are carried out on three kinds of sample cotton from Brazil,Xinjiang and Argentina and three kinds of standard cotton samples with high,medium and low impurity produced by Hebei Bureau of Fiber Inspection.The results show that the CGT-1 tester realizes the automation of the raw cotton impurity test,improves the test efficiency,and the repeatability,reproducibility and accuracy of the test data meet the requirements of the national standard.However,the manual opening and feeding of raw cotton before test can easily affect the actual weight of impurities.In order to ensure the accuracy of test data,it is necessary to develop automatic opening and feeding systems in the future.
