柔性拦截网空中开网动力学建模与仿真 被引量:1

摘要 针对柔性拦截网空中投送展开的动力学过程,提出采用滞空时间、最大开网面积、有效拦截面积作为柔性拦截网开网效果的衡量指标,分析了影响柔性拦截网开网效果的主要因素。为了分析柔性拦截网开网过程,建立了柔性绳索非线性动力学模型,采用有限元求解方法求解控制方程,并进行了数值仿真。结果表明,牵引头在展开方向的动能大小是影响柔性网滞空时间的主要因素;牵引头质量、弹射角度及弹射速度与柔性网滞空时间呈负相关关系;牵引头弹射角度和弹射速度与柔性网最大展开面积呈正相关关系。仿真结果可为柔性拦截网空中开网参数的工程设计提供参考。 In view of the dynamic process of the flexible interception net delivery deployment at low altitude,the stagnant time,the maximum open area and the effective interception area were proposed as the evaluation indexes of the flexible net opening effect,and the main factors affecting the opening effect of the flexible interception net were analyzed.In order to analyze the opening process of flexible interception net,the nonlinear dynamic model of flexible rope was established,and the finite element method was adopted to solve the control equation,and the numerical simulation was carried out.The results show that the kinetic energy of the tractor in the deployment direction is the main factor affecting the stagnant time of the flexible interception net;the mass,ejection angle and ejection speed of the tractor are negatively correlated with the stagnant time of the flexible interception net;the ejection angle and ejection speed of the tractor are positively correlated with the maximum deployment area of the flexible interception net.The simulation results can provide a reference for the engineering design of the parameters of the flexible interception net deployment in air.
