坦索罗辛联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎的效果观察

Observation on the effect of tansoroxin combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of chronic prostatitis

目的探究坦索罗辛联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎的效果,旨意为相关人员的研究工作提供参考。方法本研究选择2017年1月9日~2020年1月9日接受疾病治疗的116例慢性前列腺炎患者为研究对象。现按照患者治疗方法不同,将其分为对照组以及观察组,每组各58例。对照组使用左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗疾病,以此为基础,观察组患者联合应用盐酸坦索罗辛治疗疾病,分析具体效果。结果相较于对照组,观察组受试者干预后每天排尿次数更多,VAS分数更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗有效率为77.59%,不良反应发生率为24.14%;观察组为96.55%,不良反应发生率为6.90%,组间相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组受试者的QOL分数以及尿中白细胞数量无明显差别,干预后,和对照组相比,观察组受试者白细胞水平更低、QOL分数越高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对于慢性前列腺炎患者来讲,应用坦索罗辛联合左氧氟沙星治疗疾病效果显著,其能够有效改善患者机体炎症水平以及每日排尿次数,提升生活质量,降低VAS分数,安全性强,有效性高。

Objective To explore the effect of tansulosin combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of chronic prostatitis,aiming to provide references for relevant researchers.Methods 116 patients with chronic prostatitis who came to our hospital for treatment from January 9,2017 to January 9,2020 were selected as study subjects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 58 cases in each group.Subjects in the control group were treated with levofloxacin capsule,and on this basis,patients in the observation group were observed to treat the disease with combined application of tamsulosin hydrochloride,and the specific effect was analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,subjects in the observation group had more times of urination and lower VAS score after intervention(P<0.05).The effective rate of the control group was 77.59%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 24.14%.The observation group was 96.55%and the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.90%(P<0.05);Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of QOL score and white blood cell count(P>0.05).After the intervention,compared with the control group,subjects in the observation group had lower white blood cell level and higher QOL score(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic prostatitis,the application of tamsulosin combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of disease has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the body inflammation level and the number of urination per day,improve the quality of life,reduce the VAS score,with strong safety and high effectiveness.
