丹参注射液结合柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的疗效及对COX-2、NF-κB水平的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究丹参注射液结合柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床观察及对COX-2、NF-κB水平的影响。方法本研究采取前瞻性研究,以2019年1月~2020年6月在某院诊断并治疗的84例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例,所有患者均采取柳氮磺吡啶,观察组患者联合采用丹参注射液进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、炎性因子水平、凝血指标、COX-2、NF-κB水平以及不良反应之间的差异。结果经过治疗后,两组患者的MAYO评分均显著下降,且观察组患者的MAYO评分显著低于对照组(t=10.012,P=0.000);两组患者的IL-4、IL-10、INF-γ、TNF-α均显著下降,且观察组患者的IL-4(t=7.572,P=0.000)、IL-10(t=10.108,P=0.000)、INF-γ(t=2.098,P=0.039)、TNF-α(t=25.106,P=0.000)显著低于对照组;两组患者的APTT、PT显著升高,FIB显著降低,且观察组患者的APTT(t=7.017,P=0.000)、PT(t=4.217,P=0.000)显著高于对照组,FIB(t=3.522,P=0.001)显著低于对照组;两组患者的COX-2、NF-κB水平均显著降低,且观察组患者的COX-2(t=11.244,P=0.000)、NF-κB(t=26.063,P=0.000)水平显著低于对照组;两组患者的不良反应之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在对溃疡性结肠炎患者的治疗中,采用丹参注射液结合柳氮磺吡啶治疗,COX-2、NF-κB水平显著下降,安全性较好,效果显著。 Objective To study the clinical observation of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with sulfasalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis and its influence on the levels of COX-2 and NF-κB.Methods In this study,84 patients with ulcerative colitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.The above patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.All patients were treated with sulfasalazine,while patients in observation group were treated with Danshen injection.The therapeutic effect and inflammatory factor lever,the level of serum,coagulation index,COX-2,NF-κB and adverse reactions were compared.Results After treatment,the MAYO scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the MAYO score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=10.012,P=0.000);the levels of IL-4,IL-10,INF-γand TNF-αin the two groups were significantly decreased,and the levels of IL-4(t=7.572,P=0.000),IL-10(t=10.108,P=0.000),INF-γ(t=2.098,P=0.039)and TNF-α(t=25.106,P=0.000)in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.APTT,PT in the two groups were significantly increased,and FIB were significantly decreased.and the APTT(t=7.017,P=0.000)and PT(t=4.217,P=0.000)of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and FIB(t=3.522,P=0.001)were significantly lower than those of the control group;the levels of COX-2 and NF-κB in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the levels of COX-2(t=11.244,P=0.000)and NF-κB(t=26.063,P=0.000)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;there was no significant difference between the two groups on adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis,Salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with sulfasalazine treatment can significontly clecreased the level of COX-2,NF-κB,the safety is good,the effect is significant.
