甲硝唑药膜联合中药含漱液治疗固定矫治青少年患者牙龈炎的临床研究

Clinical study of metronidazole film combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine gargle in the treatment of gingivitis in adolescent patients with fixed correction

目的对比观察用甲硝唑药膜、中药含漱液和甲硝唑药膜联用中药含漱液治疗固定矫治青少年患者牙龈炎的临床疗效。方法采用随机分组的方法将2013年1月~2019年3月收治的240例固定矫治青少年牙龈炎患者分为三组,分别进行甲硝唑药膜治疗,中药含漱液治疗,甲硝唑药膜联合中药含漱液治疗,对比观察牙龈相关指数。结果三组患者接受不同治疗后,其牙龈相关指数情况、自觉症状评分、临床疗效差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);主要为联合组和西药组、中药组之间的疗效差异。结论甲硝唑药膜治疗和中药含漱液治疗差异无统计学意义,甲硝唑药膜联合中药含漱液治疗疗效明显。

Objective To compare and observe the clinical efficacy of metronidazole film,Traditional Chinese Medicine gargle and metronidazole gargle combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine gargle in the treatment of fixed correction of gingivitis in adolescent patients.Methods A randomized grouping method was used to divide 240 adolescent gingivitis patients treated with fixed correction from January 2013 to March 2019 into three groups.They were treated with metronidazole membrane treatment,traditional Chinese medicine gargle treatment,and metronidazole membrane treatment.Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine gargle treatment,comparative observation of gingival related index.Results the three groups of patients received different treatments,there were statistically significant differences in the gingival-related index,self-consciousness scores,and clinical efficacy(P<0.05);Mainly the difference in curative effect between the combination group and the western medicine group and the Traditional Chinese Medicine group.Conclusion There is no statistically significant difference between metronidazole film treatment and Traditional Chinese Medicine gargle treatment.Metronidazole film combined with traditional Chinese medicine gargle has obvious therapeutic effects.
