Objective To analyze the effect of intrautenine perfusion of peripheral blood mononuclear cells on patients with repeated implantation failure. Methods A total of 80 patients with repeated FET transplantation failures who underwent FET in our department from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the experimental group received peripheral blood mononuclear cell perfusion treatment one day before embryo transfer, while the control group received only saline control during the same period. The embryo implantation rate, pregnancy rate, miscarriage rate, and endometrium thickness on the day of transplantation were studied in the two groups.Results①The embryo implantation rate and pregnancy rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically different(P<0.05);the abortion rate of the experimental group was not significantly different from that of the control group(P>0.05).②The endometrial thickness of the group on the day of transplantation was(12.34±1.14)mm,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(9.34±1.33)mm(P<0.05).Conclusion Peripheral blood mononuclear cell intrauterine perfusion therapy can significantly improve the embryo implantation rate of patients with repeated transplantation failures, and significantly increase the pregnancy rate, but it has no significant effect on the abortion rate.
