我国民办高等职业院校生产效率实证分析

An Empirical Analysis on the Production Efficiency of Private Higher Vocational Colleges in China

利用《2019年高等职业教育质量年度报告》资料,基于教育生产函数模型对样本民办高职院校的生产效率进行考察。多元线性回归结果显示:企业兼职教师年课时总量、生均教学科研仪器设备值、年生均财政拨款水平均与民办高职院校就业产出显著相关;从影响强度来看,年生均财政拨款水平对民办高职院校就业产出影响作用最强,其次是企业兼职教师年课时总量,影响最弱的因素是生均教学科研仪器设备值;从地区来看,双师素质专任教师比例、企业兼职教师年课时总量只与东部地区民办高职院校就业产出显著相关。根据上述结论,从提升办学水平以获取财政支持、兼职教师引入、科研仪器设备投入以及重视东部地区民办高职院校师资质量提升和课程投入方面提出建议。

Based on the data from the"Annual Report of the Quality of Higher Vocational Education in 2019",this paper investigated the production efficiency of private higher vocational colleges by using the education production function model.Results of multiple linear regression showed that the total annual class hours of part-time teachers from enterprises,the value of teaching and scientific research instruments and equipment per student,and the level of financial allocation per student are significantly correlated with the employment output of private higher vocational colleges.In regard to the levels of impact on employment output,the level of financial allocation per student has the strongest impact,the total amount of part-time teachers’annual class hours has medium impact and the value of teaching and scientific research equipment per student has the weakest impact.Furthermore,the proportion of full-time teachers with dual-qualities and the total annual class hours of part-time teachers from enterprises are significantly correlated with the employment output of private higher vocational colleges in the eastern region.Suggestions were put forward accordingly,such as improving school-running level to gain more financial support,hiring part-time teachers,investing in scientific research instruments and equipment,as well as paying attention to the improvement of teachers’quality and curriculum investment of private higher vocational colleges in the eastern region.
