高职院校学生工匠精神培育路径的调查研究 被引量:7

摘要 "中国制造"转向"中国质造",需要工匠精神的支撑。梳理文献发现工匠精神从技术维度是指专业技能,从精神维度包括人格品质和职业追求,从价值维度包含知行合一、至善尽美的价值取向。将研究对象限定为已开展毕业实践尚未毕业的学生和已毕业且有3年工作经历的毕业生,运用路径分析法发现:从影响路径看,学校培育、企业训练、社会认可和个人职业动能等因素对工匠精神的培育均产生正向影响;从影响程度看,工匠精神的培育是个系统工程,其中企业对工匠精神的重视和训练影响最大,需要企业的浸泡式体验学习教育、学校的渗透式固化和社会-家庭-个人的内化驱动式传承,共同推进工匠精神的养成。 The shift from"Made in China"to"Made in China with High Quality"needs the support of craftsman spirit.Through literature review,it was found that craftsman spirit refers to the professional skill from the technical dimension,the personality trait and career pursuit from the spiritual dimension,as well as the unity of knowledge and practice and the pursuit of perfection and beauty from the value dimension.In the present study,participants were students who had not yet graduated with intern experience and graduates with three-year work experience.By using the path analysis method,it was found that school education,enterprise training,social recognition and driving force of personal career development had positive impacts on the cultivation of craftsman spirit from the perspective of influence paths.In regard to the levels of influences,it was found that the enterprises had the greatest influence on craftsman spirit among all factors.However,the cultivation of craftsman spirit is a systematic project.To better facilitate the cultivation of students’craftsman spirit,the immersive experiential learning provided by enterprises,the pervasive solidification of schools,as well as the internalization-driven inheritance of society-family-individual are needed.
