介绍TB/T 2296—2019《铁路信号计轴设备》的修订背景、修订基础工作、主要修订内容。重点解析功能接口要求、可靠性要求、电磁兼容、雷电防护、振动试验等内容,为全面、准确理解TB/T 2296—2019规定的铁路信号计轴设备设计、制造、检验要求提供参考。
This paper introduces the background and basic revision work of TB/T 2296-2019 Railway Axle Coun⁃ters.Functional interface requirements,reliability requirements,electromagnetic compatibility,lightning protection,vibration test are interpreted in this paper.It provides references for a comprehensive and accurate understanding of the design,manufacture and inspection requirements of railway axle counters specified in TB/T 2296-2019.
