数字支距尺研制

摘要 为满足铁路发展对铁路道岔导曲线支距尺寸精准测量的要求,研制数字支距尺。数字支距尺测量系统采用磁栅测距技术,其中数字位移传感器由磁栅读数头和磁栅尺组成。按照设计思路,设计数字支距尺结构,阐述其技术特点和功能。分析评定数字支距尺测量结果不确定度。结果表明,数字支距尺符合TB/T 3148—2017《轨道检测测量仪器支距尺》和JJG 1108—2015《铁路支距尺》相关要求。 In order to meet the requirements of railway development for accurate measurement of offset size of turn⁃out curve,a digital switch offset rule is developed.The measurement system adopts magnetic grating ranging technolo⁃gy,and the digital displacement sensor is composed of magnetic grating reading head and magnetic grating ruler.Ac⁃cording to the design idea,the structure of digital switch offset rule is designed,and its technical features and func⁃tions are described.It analyzes and evaluates the uncertainty of measurement results of digital switch offset rule.The results show that the offset rule meets the relevant requirements of TB/T 3148-2017 Tract inspection-Measuring in⁃strument-Switch offset rule and JJG 1108-2015 Railway switch offset rules.
