大轴重矿石车组焊式箱型中梁焊接工艺分析

摘要 BHPB大轴重矿石车采用组焊式箱型中梁,焊接过程中易出现扭曲和变形。分析箱型中梁结构特点,确定焊接工艺难点,计算纵向收缩量和挠度。通过采取设置组对间隙、加大坡口角度、板材焊缝采用拼接方案、使用药芯焊丝、C级钢焊前预热、调整工艺尺寸等焊接工艺措施,控制组焊式箱型中梁焊接变形,以保证中梁制造质量。 In view of the BHPB heavy axle-load ore wagon welded box center sill,it is possible to appear distortion and deformation during welding process.The structural characteristics of that are analyzed to determine the welding process difficulties.Through the calculation of longitudinal shrinkage and deflection,the process control measures are taken,such as setting assembly clearancing,increasing the groove angel,the plate welding seam adopts splicing scheme,using flux-cored wire,C-grade steel preheating,adjusting the process size.They are adopted to control the welding deformation of the welded box center sill,so as to ensure the manufacturing quality.
