民办高校国际化人才培养模式的实践与思考——以厦门工学院商学院国际班为例

Practice and Reflection on the Training Mode of International Talent in Private Colleges--A Case Study of International Class of BusinessSchool of Xiamen Institute of Technology

随着经济全球化进程的加速,世界各国之间的交流日益频繁,国际化人才的作用在各个领域愈来愈重要,其需求也不断增加。面对新时代的人才新要求,如何结合自身办学特点,探索适合自己的国际化人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量,是推动民办高校建设发展的必经之路。以厦门工学院商学院国际班为例,围绕经管类国际化人才培养的新模式展开讨论,分析民办高校国际化人才培养存在的问题,为民办高校国际化人才培养提出相关建议。

With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization,contacts between countries in the world are becoming more frequently.The role of international talents in various areas is becoming more and more important,and the demand of such talents is also increasing.In the face of the new requirements of talents in the new era,it is an important topic and the only way for the private colleges to explore the training mode of international talents that in line with national conditions and self-characteristics,so as to promote the development of private colleges.This paper focuses on discussion of the new mode of international talent training of economics and management,analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of international talents in private colleges,and proposes related suggestion accordingly.
