摘要
物流企业仓库选址在整个供应链管理和运作过程中起着十分重要的作用。建立在可靠数据信息和科学评价方法之上的仓库选址可以节约物流成本,提高供应链整体经济效益,增强市场竞争力。首先对灰色关联分析方法内容和优点进行介绍,然后针对具体数据运用灰色关联分析法进行分析和评价并得出最终的选址方案。
Warehouse location plays an important role in the whole process of supply chain management and operation.The warehouse site selection based on reliable data information and scientific evaluation method can save logistics cost,improve the overall economic benefit of the supply chain and enhance the market competitiveness.This paper first introduces the content and advantages of the grey relational analysis method,then analyzes and evaluates the specific data by using the grey relational analysis method and obtains the final site selection scheme.
