摘要
农业人才“走出去”战略是一个国家农业国际化的重要组成部分。本文以日本为案例,详细介绍了日本在农业“走出去”人才体系建设方面的措施和经验:简要介绍了日本构建农业“走出去”人才体系的背景;从六个方面论述和分析了日本农业“走出去”人才体系建设的具体措施;从五个方面总结了日本在农业“走出去”人才体系建设方面的经验和教训。最后认为,中国在积极推进农业“走出去”战略时,可以批判性学习和吸收日本在人才体系建构中的经验,吸取其教训,以进一步促进和完善中国农业“走出去”在人才体系方面的建设。
The strategy of"going global"for agricultural talents is an important part of a country’s agricultural internationalization.Taking Japan as an example,this article introduces in details the measures and experience of Japan in the construction of talent system for agriculture"going global".Firstly,it briefly introduces the background of constructing the talent system for agriculture"going global"in Japan.Secondly,it discusses and analyzes the specific measures from six aspects.Finally,it summarizes the experience and lessons of Japan in the construction from five perspectives.Finally,it is believed that Chinese government can critically learn and absorb Japan’s experience and lessons in the construction of talent system so as to further promote and improve the construction of talent system for China’s agriculture"going global".
