摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情对医学教育与临床实践都产生了重大影响。为应对公共卫生系统无法预测的危机,迫切需要及时纳入并更新手术技术培训平台,这对于统一规范手术教学水准亦具有重大意义。鉴于眼科手术教学的特殊性,现回顾分析COVID-19疫情对全世界眼科手术教学产生的影响及其应对策略,总结3种主要替代模式(远程讲课结合手术视频线上教学、虚拟教学以及Wet lab实践教学)的特点。
The epidemic of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has had a significant impact on medical education and clinical practice.To cope with the unpredictable crisis in the health system,it is urgent to incorporate and update the training platform based on surgical technology promptly,which is also of great importance to the unified standard of surgery teaching.In view of the specific characteristics of ophthalmic surgery teaching,it is reviewed and analyzed of the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on ophthalmic surgery teaching in the world,and the countermeasures relevant to the impact.Meanwhile,it is summarized of the three principal alternatives of ophthalmic surgery teaching during the epidemic of COVID-19,including online teaching combined with tele-education with operation videos,virtual teaching,and Web lab practical teaching.
