自我导向学习视域下成人高等教育在线教学现状与创新策略研究

Research on Online Teaching Status and Innovation Strategy of Adult Higher Education under the Background of Informatization--Based on the Theory of Self-directed Learning

摘要 当前,人们已经被信息和大数据所包围,“互联网+成人高等教育”的模式已经被越来越多的人采用并接受,然而,在疫情常态化的影响下,成人高等教育存在技术环境有待完善、教师缺乏在线教学技巧、成人缺乏自我效能感等问题。对此,本研究借助自我导向学习理论分析成人高等教育在线教学现状并提出创新策略,以期为成人高等教育在线教学的发展与改革提供新思路。 At present,people have been surrounded by information and big data,and the model of"internet plus Adult Higher Education"has been adopted and accepted by more and more people.However,under the influence of the normalization of epidemic situation,there are some problems in adult higher education,such as the technical environment needs to be improved,teachers lack online teaching skills,and adults lack self-efficacy.Therefore,this study analyzes the current situation of online teaching of adult higher education with the help of self-directed learning theory and puts forward innovative strategies in order to provide new ideas for the development and reform of online teaching of adult higher education.
