摘要
新工科建设对创新型工程科技人才培养的通识教育提出新的要求。创新型工程科技人才培养的通识教育要确立新定位、新理念、新标准,设置新课程、新体系和新模式。创新型工程科技人才培养的通识教育要贯彻落实国际工程教育认证理念,紧密结合创新型工程科技人才的特质要求,充分发展学生的创新素养,充分挖掘学生的创新潜能,满足学生的个性化发展需要和创新型工程科技人才的素质要求。充分发挥通识教育在培养创新型工程科技人才的知识、能力、素质中的重要作用,全方位培养造就具有国际水平的规模宏大、素质优良的创新型科技工程人才。因此,创新型工程科技人才培养的通识教育,要从理念定位、课程内容、教学方式、师资队伍等多方面不断创新和持续改进,以保证人才培养质量。
Under the background of new engineering,new requirements are put forward for the general education of training innovative engineering and scientific talents.New orientation,new idea,new standard,new curriculum,new system and new mode should be established in the general education of cultivating innovative engineering science and technology talents.Innovative engineering science and technology talent training of general education should implement the concept of international engineering education accreditation,closely combine innovative engineering talents qualities of science and technology,fully develop the students’innovation quality,fully motivate the creative potential of students,meet the needs of the students’personalized development and innovative engineering science and technology talent’s quality requirements.Giving full play to the important role of general education in the cultivation of knowledge,ability and quality of innovative engineering talents,cultivate and bring up innovative engineering talents with large scale and good quality with international level in an all-round way.Therefore,the general education of cultivating innovative engineering science and technology talents should be innovated and improved from many aspects,such as concept orientation,course content,teaching methods and teachers,to ensure the quality of talent cultivation.
