摘要 “大众创业,万众创新”背景下对预防医学专业学生的培养提出了新要求。针对长期以来预防医学专业学生创新能力不足、动手实践能力缺乏等问题,培养具有实践创新能力与素质突出的预防医学应用型人才成为我国医学院校教学改革的重要任务。文章基于近年来学院开展的人才培养模式改革,以课程学习为基础,以创新能力培养为主线,以本科生导师制、大学生创新创业计划、学院青蓝计划、本科生毕业实习为载体,构建了多层次、分阶段、递进式的创新育人机制,有助于预防医学专业创新能力培养,能为其他医学院校预防医学人才培养提供参考。 Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", new requirements are put forward for the training of preventive medicine students. Given the long-term problems of insufficient innovation and practical ability in preventive medicine students, cultivating talents with practical innovation ability and outstanding quality has become an important task in many medical colleges and universities. Based on the teaching reforms in School of Public Health, a "multi-level, staged, and progressive" cultivation mode has been established, with the course content as the foundation and the cultivation of innovation ability as the main line. This mode includes four major parts of an undergraduate tutorial system, college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship projects, college blue plans, and undergraduate graduation internship programs. This new mode helps students develop their ability in innovation, providing references for similar programs in other medical colleges and universities.
