摘要
教师是学校发展的重要资源,高职教师绩效考核是激发高职教师积极教书育人、从事科学研究和增强社会服务能力的重要管理手段,对高职院校教师绩效考核国内外研究成果进行梳理、归纳与分析,有利于高职院校教师绩效考核体系的科学设计、规范实施与有效应用。
Teachers are important resources for school development.Teachers’performance appraisal in higher vocational colleges is an important management method to motivate teachers in higher vocational colleges to actively teach and educate students,engage in scientific research and enhance social service capabilities.It is beneficial for higher vocational colleges’scientific design,standard implementation and effective application of the teacher performance appraisal system to sort out,summarize and analyze the research achievements on them.
