摘要
相较于传统的正向设计模式,逆向设计技术能对产品开发起到特定的作用,尤其对于具有复杂曲面的产品的设计。针对当前国内高校机械类专业,探索融入逆向设计制造技术,利用逆向工程相关的三维扫描技术、逆向设计技术、3D打印技术、精雕加工等新技术手段,在艺术品、工业产品、复杂机械零部件的快设计、再设计制造应用领域,进行人才培养途径的改革,预期能为机械类专业培养出技术更为全面且实用的创新型高技能人才。
Compared with the traditional forward design mode,reverse design technology can play a specific role in product development,especially for the design of products with complex curved surfaces.Aiming at the current mechanical design and manufacturing majors in domestic colleges and universities,explore the integration of reverse design and manufacturing technology,use reverse engineering-related three-dimensional scanning technology,reverse design technology,3D printing technology,fine carving processing and other new technical means,in the artwork,industrial products,complex The rapid design of mechanical parts,redesign and manufacturing applications,and the reform of talent training methods are expected to cultivate more comprehensive and practical innovative high-skilled talents for machinery majors.
