新科技背景下地方应用型本科院校会计专业人才培养模式探究

Research on the Training Mode of Accounting Talents in Regional Application-oriented Universities in the Background of New Science and Technology

随着信息化、智能化的广泛应用,传统会计行业正逐步向智能化、高科技靠拢,市场对高层次会计人才的需求与日俱增,传统会计人才培养模式必将改变。然而地方应用型本科会计人才培养普遍存在培养目标不明晰、课程设置不完善、理论与实践相偏离、学生综合素质不高等问题,无法适应现代岗位需求。地方应用型本科院校应顺应新科技发展,创新人才培养模式,培养适应社会主义市场经济建设需要,掌握会计、管理、经济、法律和计算机应用的知识,具有实践能力和沟通技巧、具有终身学习能力与创新精神,融知识、能力、素质于一体协调发展的高素质应用型会计人才。

With the wide application of informatization and intellectualization,traditional accounting and accounting industry are gradually directed at intellectualization and high-tech application,and the market's demand for high-level accounting talents is increasing day by day.Hence,the training mode of traditional accounting talents has to be changed.As a training base for accounting talents,regional application-oriented universities are generally confronted with such problems as unclear training objectives,imperfect curriculum setting,deviation between theory and practice,poor comprehensive quality of students that cannot meet the needs of modern posts.Regional application-oriented universities should adapt to the development of new science and technology and innovate the talent training mode so as to cultivate high-quality applied accounting talents with great practical ability and communication skills,a lifelong learning awareness and innovative spirit,and having the knowledge of accounting,management,economy,law and computer application,which may make in them an integration of knowledge,ability and quality that enables them to meet the needs of the construction of socialist market economy.
