摘要 利用不同浓度的纳米材料处理小麦“天宁38号”种子,观测不同尺寸不同种类的纳米材料处理下对发芽势、根长、根鲜重的影响。研究发现,石墨烯能抑制小麦幼苗的生长发育,延迟小麦种子的发芽时间,但不抑制小麦种子的发芽率,浓度为5 mg·L^(-1)对小麦根长产生了极为显著的抑制,根鲜重最低;低浓度氧化石墨烯溶液对小麦的生长出现一定的促进作用,但是高浓度(100 mg·L^(-1))对小麦芽长和根长均产生了严重的抑制作用;纳米零价铁对小麦生长有一定的抑制作用,特别是对根的影响最大,50 mg·L^(-1)时小麦的发芽率最低。 In this study,different concentrations of nano materials were used to treat wheat"Tianning 38"seeds,and the effects of different sizes and types of nano-materials on germination potential,root length and root fresh weight were observed.It was found that graphene could inhibit the growth and development of wheat seedlings and delay the germination time of wheat seeds,but did not inhibit the germination rate of wheat seeds.The concentration of 5 mg·L^(-1) significantly inhibited the root length of wheat,and the root fresh weight was the lowest.The low concentration of graphene oxide solution could promote the growth of wheat,but the high concentration(100 mg·L^(-1))could significantly inhibit the bud and root length of wheat.The nanometer zero-valent iron had a certain inhibitory effect on the growth of wheat,especially on the root,and the germination rate of wheat was the lowest at 50 mg·L^(-1).
